Marketing Manager for International EU Project (Digital Europe Programme)

• Senior Marketing Manager with at least 4 years of experience.
• Experience in EU project implementation, particularly in dissemination and communication is desirable (management and collaboration).
• Excellent English language skills (spoken and written).
• A team player with strong communication and management abilities to lead and coordinate a team of 10 people from 5 countries.
• Experiences in Social media management (LinkedIn).
• Ability to work independently, creative, consistent, well-organized, and enjoy international work and travel.
• BA degree required (marketing or communication).
• Proficient in MS Office and various marketing tools.
• Driver's license.
• Creative person who will be able to lead and motivate and give ideas on how to use project activities to achieve goals set.

Responsibilities:

• Develop dissemination and communication plans (in English).
• Oversee website development and create content.
• Propose and develop project identity (logotype, flyers, etc.).
• Responsible for all project partners to provide professional content required to market the project.
• Able to organize a kick-off event (Slovenia); understanding how to manage online events.
• Managing the project`s social media channels, providing engaging content and visuals – work on the project starts from ground zero (Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, SlideShare, Xing, Quora, ResearchGate, Academia.edu).
• Ensure all project partners provide consistent inputs and content for publications on social media networks.
• Handle public relations activities (across different EU countries).
• To create and manage blogs, vlogs, and different video materials.
• Connect and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the EU.
